Cupcakes with dried fruits
The fact that I was not mistaken in choosing a recipe became clear in the process of baking - the aroma is such that I want to try right away, as the cupcakes leave the oven. What we did / It turns out, really, very tasty, though, do not forget - is a caloric.
- 100 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 80 g of sugar (slightly less than half a glass);
- 1 cup of flour;
- 1 razor pack
- 50 g dried apricots;
- 50 g prunes without seeds;
- 75 g raisins;
- a handful of walnuts.
We measure dried fruit.
Fill them with hot water for 20 minutes. Wash, dry and dry dried apricots and prunes, cut into small pieces.
Wipe walnuts. Yes, this time, I did not find refined walnuts and bought nuts in a shell. They are cheaper, but at once I will say that the benefits in this special are not present - with the 200 g bought by me, the output of pure nuts amounted to 60 g. I chopped it with a rocker - poured them into a package, tied up and crushed. Of course, it can be done with a blender.
Now the dough Cut the butter into cubes.
Stir in a homogeneous mass.
Add chopped dried fruits.
Pour flour with a rupture.
Mix the dough. It turned out very soft, airy and not very thick.
Fill the dough for cupcakes.
According to the recipe, nuts should be put in a dough (if you want, try, for this they need just 60 grams), but I decided to just pour my baking with nuts from above, and only half the muffins. I did it because of a baby who likes baking, but nuts can take for the stones. By the way, the man also liked cupcakes without nuts more.
Put the mugs in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
