Mushroom soup in multivarts

Before starting the soup, all the vegetables should be washed and cleaned. You can use absolutely any mushrooms (both frozen and fresh). Lentil necessarily need to go over and rinse to clear water. At the expense of the celery, the soup turns out spicy and fragrant. And lentils will give him softness and oriental flavor.

Ingredients:
lentil - 1/2 cup;
mushrooms (frozen mushrooms) - 300 g;
potatoes - 3 pcs .;
celery (stems) - 100 g;
onion - 1 pc .;
carrots - 1 pc .;
frying vegetable oil;
greens (we have dill) - 2-3 branches;
Garlic - 2 tooth .;
bay leaf, pepper, salt - to taste.


Preparation of mushroom soup.

Into the capacity of the multivarts, add the vegetable oil (a maximum of 1.5 tablespoons). Let's put crushed vegetables there and set the device to the "roast" mode. We need about 20 minutes for the time.
