I want to share a very recipe of veal and black radish salad.
veal - 400 g;
black radish - 250 g;
Onions - 3 large heads;
dill green - 30 g;
table vinegar - 2 tablespoons. spoons;
wheat flour - 150 g;
salt - to taste;
black pepper ground - to taste;
vegetable oil - 80 g;
mayonnaise olive - 2 pcs. spoons
How to cook a salad from veal.
Take a small slice of veal.
We cut strips, as in the picture, taking into account the snail.
We put in a pot (frying pan) with vegetable oil.
Fry until ready. Salt and pepper to taste.
Here the meat must be fried, as in the photo.
At the same time we rub on radish grate.
Fill with cold water, add two tablespoons of vinegar and let it stand for twenty minutes.
Then drain the water, wash the radish.
Well remove the water, squeeze in the sieve.
Salt and pepper to taste. The onion is clean.
We wash and cut half-circles, as in the photo.
Collapse in flour.
We put in a caldron (frying pan), removing the meat before it.
Roast the onion to a golden crust.
We take thirty grams of dill.
We wash, we cut.
We take the dish and begin to make radishes evenly.
Top two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Then the meat.
On the edge of the dish, lay dill. Cover the lid and let it leak for two hours. That's all! The taste is wonderful! The appetizer is cool!
