Gingerbread cookies

Gingerbread cookies are easy to cook and spice up to taste. Cheerful and delicious gingerbread cook dear children. When Europe begins to prepare for Christmas, any self-respecting mistress strives to cook gingerbread Christmas cookies on her own. And on the New Year's table it is also accepted to put New Year's gingerbread cookies.

Ingredients:
cream butter - 200 g;
flour - 3 cups;
chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
ginger - 1 root;
sugar - 2/3 cup;
honey - 4 tbsp. l .;
salt - 1 pinch;
Trash rack - 1 pack.
How to cook gingerbread cookies

First, the softened butter is thoroughly rubbed with sugar sand.

Now add honey and stir again.

After that, we introduce eggs into a dough and bring the mixture to a homogeneous structure.

Ginger root cleanse and rub on small grater. Take the root to an average size.

 Put grated ginger into a dough.

Now add flour to a pinch of salt, roller and sift the mixture into a dough. Gently blend.

Cover the dough with a film and remove it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Fill the deco with baking paper and pour sugar sand into a small plate. Take a dish with a spoon, spread it in a plate and we will break it from all sides in sugar. I adapted for this purpose a spoon for ice cream, you know, the one that forms the balls.

Very convenient, but cookies are great. Out of the given quantity of products 2 decals of gingerbread are issued, so you can safely do half-breasted, if in doubt.

So, put all the balls on the dish, flatten them a little and put them in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

After 15-20 minutes the cookie becomes blush - it's time to get.
