A dough for a pie I make yeast. The composition is very similar to the Easter baking. Poppy stuffing, probably a classic, for such a cake. I will say at once that I will cook a few pies at once, and the composition of the products will be calculated at 2-3 pieces.

The peculiarity of this pie is its non-standard form. It is made very easily, with the help of ordinary scissors. But I'll talk about it a bit later, but now for the products that we need for the pie.

milk - 1 glass;
sour cream - 0.5 cups;
egg - 5 pcs .;
sugar - 1.5 cups;
butter - 100 g;
yeast - 50 g;
flour - 1 kg;
Poppy - 150 g;
pinch of raisins;
salt - a little bit.

Preparation of poppy pie.

Mix the dough. To do this, it is necessary to dilute yeast in warm milk. Add some sugar and flour. Let's put in a warm place. Let's make a mistake.

 After 10-15 minutes we start adding the following ingredients. Eggs separate with sugar. Prepare sour cream, spread the butter, but not everything. For dough it will take 50 g. Add some raisins in the dough.

Put a soft dough and leave it to fit. By the time it takes 40-50 minutes, depending on the strength of the yeast.


Pop the beef, add some sugar to it.


When the dough is raised, we go to the formation of the pie. To do this, we roll the dough 3-4 mm thick. Let's grease it butter. From above sprinkle with sugar and poppy.


Download to the roll. Make cuts with scissors all over the roulette, not cutting to the end. Let's put our pie in a circle. Let's grease it from the top of the egg and send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
