How to cook a goat salad.
All vegetables are well washed. Bake the pepper in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. Then the prepared pepper is wrapped in a package and left for 10 minutes, so that you can then easily remove the skin.
Get it, clean it from the skin and cut it with thin long strips. Brynza we rub on a large grater.
Cut onion with thin feathers. Olives are left intact.
Tomatoes are cut in half, then each halves in 3 parts.
We clean the cucumbers from the skin, cut in half along, then cut each half with thick bits.
In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions. Add vinegar and olive oil to taste, pepper and salt (here the main thing is not to overdo if the brynza strongly salty salt can not be added at all).
Put in portions of bowls (in the original, such a salad is usually served in a large bowl at once), sprinkle with cheesecloth and add a couple of olives on top.
And all, pleasant appetite!
